I sometimes wonder why I continue to live in the People's Republic of Maryland, a quasi- socialist one-party state under King O'Malley, where it is illegal to merge on the freeways (check it out- it's in the driver's handbook, really!), and where politicians can raise taxes without a budget to spend it on. Then I take short drive, and the fall foilage makes socialism a little more endurable.

Is that the road you take to the DC Temple? It looks familiar...then again tree are quite abundant in MD.
ReplyDeleteWhat amazing pictures! It's true, Maryland holds a beauty that Utah and Idaho could never compare with. You captured quite the scenery here, I think. I just love your site! What a cute and creative idea! I can't wait to see what comes up next!
ReplyDeleteAh...we miss the fall colors!
